Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 77pud ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the 77pud website and associated platforms.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the 77pud platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or guidelines published on the 77pud platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules.

If you are accessing the 77pud platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

Eligibility

To register and use the 77pud platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. 77pud strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 77pud, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 77pud platform for any reason.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 77pud or any applicable regulatory authority.

77pud reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 77pud platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 77pud account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 77pud immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

77pud reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where it suspects fraudulent or abusive activity.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 77pud platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 77pud supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the 77pud platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 77pud account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 77pud is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 77pud reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 77pud account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 77pud reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Any fees charged by third-party payment providers in connection with deposits or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the player.

77pud implements anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation as part of these procedures.

Bonuses & Promotions

77pud may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• 77pud reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will have their accounts suspended and any associated winnings forfeited.
• Bonuses are available to players in the Philippines only, unless otherwise specified.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 77pud platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

77pud uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology and live dealer systems sourced from reputable, internationally recognized game providers. The integrity of all game outcomes is independently verified.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 77pud reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. 77pud's decision in such matters is final.

Players must not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. Any such conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77pud platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system underlying the 77pud platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with 77pud staff.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77pud staff or other players through any communication channel.

77pud reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77pud platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials — is the property of 77pud or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77pud platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 77pud content without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77pud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

77pud does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 77pud's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Privacy & Data

77pud collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the 77pud platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

77pud implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and 77pud cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

Responsible Gaming

77pud is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Suspension & Termination

77pud reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of an account, any verified balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonuses and amounts subject to investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Amendments

77pud reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 77pud will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the 77pud platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

77pud operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
